Can you restore an old photo and put it on porcelain ?
Yes, we can scan an old picture with our high resolution scanner, then we touch it up with a photo editor to restore it to its best. We then immortalize it on a high quality porcelain. Once you have the picture transferred, it will never fade or get scratched. This picture will last forever. -
How do we send you a photo ?
If it's a regular photo that you want us to scan, just send it to us by mail and we'll return it to you with the porcelain.
If your picture is already saved as a file on your computer, just send it to us by e-mail as an attachment with your order number and your directive.

Can you add text, images and background on the porcelain ?
Yes, we can do whatever you want. Just ask what you would like to have on your porcelain and we'll create it for you. -
Do you return the original photo ?
Of course, we will return your original when we ship your porcelain. -
Do you send proof by Email before proceding ?
Yes, once the picture has been processed and ready to be fired we always send you a proof by Email to be accepted by you before proceeding. -
Does your porcelain can be installed outdoor ?
Yes, the porcelain is resistant to variations in temperature because the picture is fired at 1600 degrees Farenheit. It is also resistant to UV rays. The only thing that can affect the porcelain itself is breakage.

Can i install a porcelain on a monument ?
Absolutely.In your shipment we will include a specialized 3M double-sided tape for this purpose . The process is very easy; Please just ask for it when you send us your picture. -
Can you do Pet portrait ?
Yes, we can print anything you want on your porcelain.
