- Returns: Our personalized porcelains are carefully inspected and well packaged before beeing shipped. If for any reasons you have received your porcelain with a defect on it, you must contact us within 7 days from delivery to discuss the situation.

Unless you get from us an RMA (return merchandise authorization), all of our items are personalized, custom work and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.
The Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Any item damaged en route to destination can be returned and replaced as it was originally ordered. Please contact us immediately if you receive damaged items and send us a picture.
